Alicia has over 20 years of experience. It is with great passion that she is behind her chair, with a serving heart. Every year, she follows up on education with the updated trends. She spent a week in Italy in September 2025 with 2 NAHA award winners to advance her education in creative hair art and business. She had the honor of being a part-time educator at the local technical high school, where she helped up-and-coming students learn cosmetology. It was a dream to go back to where she graduated and help in some way. Since that experience, she has been mentoring several of her valued students and continues to provide support for the cosmetology program. The healthy way is her only way. You will leave your appointment with healthy, shiny hair and knowledge of how to maintain your new look. You will leave feeling inspired. While being her guest, her goal is to help you build confidence and make an impact in your life. Making your next appointment before leaving is a must! She has the pleasure of operating Shear Radiance Inc. with her husband, Chris, who is the barber. They have turned their dreams into reality. It is more than a hair service with either one of them. Chris has been a barber for over five years. His knowledge will WoW you! He takes great pride in his trade. Making sure to use the best tools he can get his hands on. He is truly a master of all trades.  Whether you are looking for a new style or to maintain your current look, his visions won't disappoint you. Kolbie is quite the shiner with an entrepreneur's mindset. He enjoys cleaning and shining shoes. He is a little shy, but this new role is helping him break out of his shell. He finds satisfaction in making his guest feel confident in their walk. From sneakers to dress shoes or boots, he is ready to get them cleaned up for you. You may relax in his chair and be served, or drop your shoes off and pick them up at a later date.  When he is not working, you can find him in his studies, at the ice rink playing hockey, or spending time with his family and amazing friends. Laci is our new talented booth renter. She loves meeting new faces and making your hair goals come to life, the healthy way. She is looking to gain new guests in her chair to build her dream. She is kind, loving, and brings a happy glow wherever she goes. She is thriving and taking classes to become her best authentic self.
